Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Stream: Full-time 3-year degrees in B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS
• Academic Performance:
  • Max 1 active backlog/arrear/ATKT allowed at interview stage (must be cleared before joining)
  • No extended education beyond course duration
  • Max gap in education: 24 months (with valid proof)
• Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years
• Course Type: Only full-time degrees are eligible (NIOS for 10th/12th accepted if the rest are full-time)
• Work Environment: Must be open to rotational shifts (24×7) including night shifts
• Work Experience: Freshers only for ‘Trainee’ role, but past experience must be declared
