iDEX Defence Exploration and Learning (iDEAL) is a stipend-based internship program offered by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) that provides students with an exclusive opportunity to gain practical experience in Defence and Aerospace technology development & project management.

Eligibility
- Indian citizens aged 26 years or younger (as of 25 July 2025).
- Final-year undergraduates or recent graduates in science, engineering, or technology.
- Postgraduate students who have pursued or graduated in 2025 with a relevant background.
- Apprenticeship Trainees under NATS/NAPS are not eligible.
What You Get
- Stipend: ₹30,000 per month for 6 months (extendable if needed).
- Certificate: Internship Experience Certificate from iDEX/MoD.
- Experience: Hands-on exposure to defence-related projects and technology development.

- Mode: In-person
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 6 leaves are permitted during the internship.

[Institution Name] has no objection to [Applicant Name] interning under the iDEAL Internship Program from [Start Date] to [End Date].
It is also certified that he/she is not registered for any course requiring attendance during the internship period.
The conduct of the student has been satisfactory.
